See that pretty little Terra Cotta house on the water? That's George Strait's home down here in Rockport. When he is in you can see him at Walmart.

Oysters

Here is an oyster boat unloading its catch. Those sacks are full of them. I don't care for them much, but Bubba loves them...raw or cooked.

White Pelicans

The pelicans are hungry...they are waiting for some fish from the cleaning table...actually the scraps. Today, it is cold! Very cold for here...42, and that's the high.

Fishing Trip

Bubba went on an off shore fishing trip, 35-50 miles off the coast...he caught 5 and lost 3....but somehow didn't bring any fish home. (He says they don't taste so good, I think he just didn't want to clean them) He swears he will never do this again. 6-8 foot waves and 10-12 foot swells....hmmm, thank goodness he doesn't get sea sick.
